So, I made a fruit smoothie for breakfast and, of course, I had leftovers. I decided to freeze them and make a kind of frozen yogurt. It turned out awesome! Totally satisfies my sweet tooth!
Ingredients:
- Frozen mixed berry medley from TJ’s
- Low fat vanilla yogurt
- Splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3 ice cubes
- 2 scoops of protein powder
